Omnicef increased thirst, loss of appetite, swelling, weight gain, feeling short of breath, urinating less than usual or not at all.

Omnicef constipation, loss of appetite, bloating, gas, upset stomach;

Omnicef nausea, vomiting, stomach pain, mild diarrhea;

Omnicef headache, dizziness;

Omnicef stiff or tight muscles;

Omnicef feeling restless or hyperactive;

Omnicef dry mouth;

Omnicef unusual or unpleasant taste in your mouth;

Omnicef diaper rash in an infant taking liquid Omnicef;

Omnicef mild itching or skin rash; or

Omnicef vaginal itching or discharge.

Omnicef Drug interaction

Omnicef Tell your doctor about all other medications you use, especially:

Omnicef probenecid (Benemid); or

vitamin or mineral supplements that contain iron.

Take the medication as soon as you remember the missed dose. If it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and use the medicine at your next regularly scheduled time. Do not use extra medicine to make up the missed dose.
